Custom Size Window Screens - Mill Finish

Custom-built window screens tailored to your specific requirements are available for purchase. You can choose your frame color and personalize it with additional customizations. The standard screen frames are crafted from 5/16" x 3/4" aluminum and include external color-matched corners along with the hardware of your preference.

When ordering, please indicate whether you would like the hardware to be positioned on the width (left to right measurement, which is the top / bottom) or on the height, by simply reversing the measurements. The screens will be made according to your exact sizes, allowing for a margin of plus or minus 1/16". It is essential to double-check your measurements to ensure accuracy.

For accurate measurements, we recommend measuring from an existing or old screen that is the same size as the one you wish to replace. Additionally, please note that shipping may require a signature upon delivery. Before accepting the package, carefully inspect it for any signs of damage as returns are not accepted for custom orders.
